As our products are lovingly handmade please allow time for production. Our processing time is currently 3-5 business days before dispatch.

All orders are sent via Australia Post from Sydney. In the event you are not able to receive your delivery, AusPost may leave it in a safe location if available or it may be held at your Local Post Office for collection.
For peace of mind, we ship all orders with tracking.
*Available for orders of smaller flat items that can be sent via letter service. Individual items may be packed collectively to ensure it meets measurement requirements i.e. no individual packaging.
**"Express Post" option does not shorten our processing time or fast tracks your order. It is simply a quicker method of delivery.
Please ensure that the correct delivery address has been provided as we are not responsible for replacing any items that have been sent to the wrong address that has been provided by the buyer. Any costs of reposting will be at the buyer's expense.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. For other countries please contact us for a shipping estimate.
Flat rate standard post with tracking to:
New Zealand - AU$15 (estimated arrival 7-12 business days) FREE for orders over $150AUD.
United States - AU$25 (estimated arrival 10-27 business days)
Import, duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes (inc. VAT) once it has arrived at your country. We are not responsible for the payment of these charges. It is your responsibility as the customer to understand your local country's charges.
Returns
We do provide returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unwashed with any tags still attached and original packaging returned. Please contact us at info@rylaandco.com to process a refund. An admin fee of $4 will be charged for approved returns/cancellations. All return postage cost is at your expense as the buyer.

All our items are handmade and so no two items are identical. There may be slight variations in size and pattern placement. All measurements are approximates. Photos are taken in natural lighting to best capture the true colour but will vary on different devices. Please consider this before purchasing.

When ordering our Personalised Items please ensure all the provided information is correct as we do not exchange/refund due to the wrong choice being selected. If you have made an error, please email us with subject "PERSONALISATION" within 1 hour of making your purchase.
